Experienced two excellent cases of Customer Service over the past few days – Delayed Baggage on a flight home which was handled and resolved well within my expectations, and a small coffee retailer who went the extra mile to return a dropped mobile phone and made excellent coffee as well – great to see it can be done with the right people and processes.
